Online May Institute on Computation and Statistics for Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics

Applications are now being accepted for the
May Institute on Computation and Statistics for Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics
May 9 – May 20, 2022 from the Boston campus of Northeastern University.

The online program, which spans two, one-week segments includes tutorials and practical hands-on sessions, presenting open-access data processing tools (Skyline, FragPipe), programming languages (R, Python), statistical analysis tools (MSstats), and data repositories (MassIVE, PRIDE and Panorama).
Instructors are leading experts, who contributed numerous computational methods and software. The presentations are integrated to focus on analyses of several well-chosen datasets. Together participants will take an in-depth look into case studies of design and analysis of mass spectrometry-based experiments.
With noted researchers and scientists such as Olga Vitek, Brendan MacLean, Alexey Nesvizhskii, and Meena Choi, among others, the sessions of the course feature keynote presentations, introductory lectures, practical training, and informal personal discussions and are suitable for both beginners and experienced scientists.
IMPORTANT: Registration for the May Institute closes May 8th and space is limited, so register NOW!
